HOTEL RULES
- It’s not allowed to iron and to smoke in bedrooms, every damage will be paid by the guest.
- Your food and drinks are not to eat in the common rooms of the hotel.
- To open the door, touch it with the card (one card per room). Inside the room there is a pocket where to introduce the card to switch light on.
- At the arrival you will receive the remote control. It should be delivered at the reception before the departure, otherwise the cost of the remote control will be euro 20,00.
- No underwear on the balcony.
- Please don’t stay in hotel without shoes and only with bikini.
- No food no smoking in swimmingpool area.
- Cap for swimming.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
- The booking from our website requires the deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay. The deposit can be paid through instant transfer or credit card (circuit paypal). The final payment is to be paid at the arrival in hotel.
- The cancellation less than 7 days from arrival (sent per email to info@hoteloceano.it) involves the loss of the paid deposit.
- In case of early departure, the guest should pay the total amount of the stay.
- With the room reservation the guest accepts all hotel’s prices, terms and conditions.
- Check-in from 14.00 to 24.00 o’ clock, check-out before 11.00 o’clock. For special requests contact the direction.
