1963 was an important year: beautiful songs and famous films put Versilia on the map. In that year, Delfino Benzio decided to enter into hospitality business and opened the Hotel Oceano.
We are situated at Focette, in front of us is the famous night club "La Bussola" and around us is the pinewood with many exclusive villas. where VIPs stayed.
Over 50 years of ongoing improvement and always looking for new ways to please our guests. This year newest addition is the modern, inviting swimming pool, overlooking the sea, where breakfast will be served.
Many in these years the characters who stayed at the Hotel Oceano. From the legendary Mina to Fred Bongusto, from the former President of the Republic Giovanni Gronchi to artists like Valerio Berrutti.

On the fifth floor a panoramic terrace gives the guest the chance to admire the whole Versilia coast, from La Spezia to Elba island, and the Apuan Alps with the marble quarries, drinking a cup of coffee at the sunset and to take fantastic pictures.
The lounge with American bar has a SAT-TV with sofas. From the lounge you can reach a wonderful terrace with tables and chairs looking at the sea or at the new swimming pool, just in front of you.
The hotel has 30 balconies with sea and lateral sea view. All rooms are new, they have shower, WC, telephone, SAT TV, heating and air-conditioning, some have a minibar too.
